Michael D Higgins really enjoyed his visits to Dublin West, especially the evening at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Having listened to the debates and contributions of all the candidates, I am more than ever convinced that Michael D Higgins would make an excellent President.

Together with his wife Sabina and their four children, Michael D would grace Aras an Uachtarain with dignity and energy.

Michael D Higgins has a vision for the office of the presidency of Ireland. I believe he would represent the best of ourselves at home and be a most impressive President abroad.
