News that Fingal County Council have given planning approval for a €1million renovation of Roselawn Health Centre has been warmly welcomed by Joan.
“Roselawn Health Centre has provided an invaluable service for families in the community for many years, servicing people in Roselawn, Blanchardstown Village and Coolmine.
“I am delighted that the County Council have given the green light for the project to proceed to the next stage. It means the Centre can expand and develop its community services.
“The refurbished Centre will continue GP services but will now offer physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dental, speech & language treatments.
“I look forward to seeing the work at Roselawn commence without delay.”
“With the completion of Blanchardstown and Navan Road primary care centres, we have already made great progress in rolling out new health facilities for Dublin West.
“As Tánaiste and Labour Leader I am committed to putting resources from the economic recovery into improving public services, with special emphasis on new health services.”
