I was delighted to hear this morning that St. Mochta’s received final confirmation from the Department of Education and Skills that the school’s Design Team Fees have been approved and, therefore, the school can proceed to the tender process.

Once complete, St. Mochta’s will have 4,791 sq metres of new accommodation and a 32 classroom school.

I would like to congratulate Maria Farrell, the Board of Management, parents, teachers and children for all their hard work in progressing the issue with the Department of Education.
